No. Each one installs separately and works on its own. The only dependency is in Marketing Automation: it does not run without Email Marketing. If CRM and SMS Marketing are installed as well, SMS steps and lead fields become available in the workflow. Most setups start with Email Marketing; Events and Surveys are added as the need comes up.

The official Odoo release has no İYS (İleti Yönetim Sistemi, Türkiye's commercial message consent registry) integration; no such module exists in the documentation or in the Community source. A third-party, paid İYS connector module is published on Odoo Apps; it was not developed by Odoo S.A. Its publisher states that it is not an accredited İYS integrator and that the user has to bring their own İYS service provider keys.

No. Odoo keeps its own blacklist and writes unsubscribes to it. That record is valid only inside the Odoo database; it does not take the place of the consent record in İYS. The two have to be thought of separately: Odoo holds who opted out, and the consent status on the İYS side stays outside Odoo.

Odoo does not upload consents to İYS by itself. You need to work out the consent process with your regulatory advisor; ASON does not give legal opinions. What ASON takes on is the technical part: carrying existing lists and opt-out records over to Odoo correctly is part of the migration plan. Uploading and reconciling on the İYS side stays outside that scope. If you have an İYS obligation, ASON sets up the connection on the Odoo side using the keys from the İYS integrator you work with.

Odoo's SMS service runs on credits. The credits used per message depend on the destination country and the message length; a message sent to Türkiye uses 0.20 credits (October 2026). With the standard GSM7 characters one SMS carries 160 characters; if the text contains a character outside that set, the message switches to UNICODE format and the limit drops to 70 characters. Credits are bought from the Settings screen, an invoice is issued for them, and credits do not expire.

Odoo has a limit on the total daily email volume across all apps. When the limit is reached, pending mailings do not carry on by themselves the next day; the sending has to be restarted by hand. For large lists you therefore need to split the sending into batches. The value of the limit depends on the hosting type and on the outgoing mail server you use.

Each mailing card shows the delivered, opened, clicked, replied and bounced rates separately. The rates are calculated against the total number sent. Buttons on the card take you to who clicked, and from there to the opportunities, quotations and revenue those clicks produced. To compare mailings, there is a Mass Mailing Analysis screen under Reporting.

Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Events and Surveys are in the Odoo 19 Community edition. UTM Trackers is in both editions. Marketing Automation and Social Marketing are Enterprise-only. If you need automation or social account management, the edition decision follows from that.

Yes, importing existing lists is part of what ASON does. As an Odoo Learning Partner, ASON Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi handles the installation, the data migration, the customization and the user training. In the import it is not only the addresses that matter: carrying the consent and opt-out records over correctly is part of the migration plan, so an address that opted out is not mailed again in the new system.

No, the work is done on one contact record. The same person can be a CRM opportunity, an event attendee and an email recipient at once, and the sending and response records collect on that single card. The practical result: an address that goes on the blacklist stays out of every marketing mailing in the database, so you do not have to remove it app by app.
