Cancellation, Refund and Right of Withdrawal

This document sets out the principles relating to cancellation, refund and the right of withdrawal for purchases made from ASON Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi.

1. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any justification and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal notice must be communicated, within this period, to the info@asonteknoloji.com address or to the order channel.

2. Return Process

Following the receipt of the withdrawal notice by us, the product is returned together with its invoice and complete accessories. Except for any loss of value arising from use, the product must not have lost its saleability.

3. Refund of the Price

Within 14 days after the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal reaches us, the total price is refunded in accordance with the payment method you used.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the products and services covered by Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts (products made to personal specifications, hygienic products/products whose packaging has been opened, instantly performed digital content/services, etc.).

5. Order Cancellation

Orders that have not yet been handed over to the courier may be cancelled via info@asonteknoloji.com; the refund is made by the same method.
