Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement has been entered into between the parties set out below in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Parties

Buyer: The consumer holding the full name, address and contact information specified at the time of the order.

2. Subject Matter

The subject matter of this Agreement is the rights and obligations of the parties relating to the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered by the Buyer electronically. The essential characteristics of the product, its total price including taxes, and the delivery information are set out on the order page and in the Preliminary Information Form.

3. Payment and Delivery

Payment is made by the method selected at the time of the order. The product is delivered to the agreed address within the statutory period (no later than 30 days).

4. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any justification. For the exercise and exceptions of the right of withdrawal, please refer to the Cancellation, Refund and Right of Withdrawal document.

5. General Provisions

The Buyer acknowledges having read and approved the essential characteristics of the product subject to the Agreement, its price and the preliminary information. In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the values announced by the Ministry of Trade.
