Explicit Consent Notice

I accept that I hereby give my consent freely, on an informed basis and explicitly to the following matters, in respect of the processing activities that may be carried out by ASON Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi only on the basis of explicit consent pursuant to Article 5/1 of the KVKK:

• The processing of my personal data for the purposes of product/service promotion, campaigns, promotions, surveys, personalised content and recommendations, and marketing/profiling,
• The processing of my contact data for the purpose of sending me commercial electronic messages (SMS, e-mail, telephone calls, instant/app notifications, etc.),
• The processing of analytical and behavioural data relating to my use of the website (IP, device, page/URL, time spent on page, scrolling and interaction) for these purposes,
• The transfer abroad of my personal data, including its storage/processing by providers whose service infrastructure is located abroad.

I understand that I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time by applying to info@asonteknoloji.com; and that withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the date of withdrawal. My refusal to consent to activities requiring explicit consent does not affect the establishment of the contract or my right to benefit from the core service.
