Ason Producer
From the purchase slip to the producer receipt, from the cash book to the account statement — one ledger for the produce trade.
Ason Producer is the purchase, sales and accounting panel for a business that buys produce from farmers. Purchase and sales slips, expenses and income, cash, cheques and notes all post to the same current account; the producer receipt (müstahsil makbuzu) is generated from the purchase slip.
Slips from the keyboard, deductions on the slip
Purchase opens with F1, sales F2, expense F3, income F4, cash F5. On the slip, withholding tax, social security and commodity exchange deductions are taken from the gross amount and the net is shown; you choose whether the farmer or the buyer pays the exchange fee. For invoiced purchases a VAT breakdown is printed instead. Rates are managed under Settings, Deduction Rates.
The producer receipt comes from the purchase slip
The receipt is generated from the purchase slip and printed, so nothing is typed twice. For weighed produce, individual weighings are added in the weighing window and the weighing list is printed. You design the slip yourself in Slip Settings: 8 cm or 10 cm roll, A5 or A4.
Cash, crates and cheques
The cash screen records money in and out. Account Movements shows the movements of every account in one list and prints as an account statement. The tare from the crate definition comes onto purchase and sales slips automatically; crates given out and returned are tracked with their deposit. Cheques and notes have their own screen.
Products, varieties, variants and entry fields
Products, their varieties, variants and groups are defined on one screen. The company administrator decides which fields appear on the purchase and sales screens and which are required. Account cards are exported and imported as CSV.
Employees and production
The employee screen brings together personal records, salaries, payments and timesheets; the timesheet shows weekly subtotals and overtime. Pay, national ID, IBAN and social security details stay masked, and only the company administrator can reveal them. For olive processing, the Production screen tracks the yard, batches, drums and methods.
Reports ready to use
Inventory, purchase, sales, expense and income reports, the cash report, end of day, account balances, the account statement with debit, credit and balance, and the accounting ledger are all there. You arrange the Report Panel to suit your work.
Records are never quietly changed
The audit log is append-only and its entries are chained with digests, so a record changed afterwards is caught when the chain is verified. Each company’s data is limited to that company. Sign-in is through Ason ID.
Survives short drop-outs
If the connection drops briefly, drafts and unsent documents wait in the browser and are sent when the line returns; the same document is never written twice.
Several companies
A person with access to more than one company switches between them from the profile menu.
Your data stays yours
All company data exports as a single CSV; an import first shows a trial preview and writes nothing if there is an error.
