KVKK Data Subject Request Form

This form has been prepared for you to apply to ASON Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi in order to exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (Law No. 6698).

1. Methods of Application

You may submit your application in writing to the address Sancaklıbozköy Mahallesi Dip Küme Evler No:6, Şehzadeler / Manisa 45072, to the e-mail address info@asonteknoloji.com, or to the registered electronic mail (KEP) address {{company.kep}}.

2. Information to Be Included in the Application

Full name and signature (in written applications), Turkish ID/nationality information, address for service of notice, telephone/e-mail if any, and the subject of your request. Information verifying your identity must be attached to your application.

3. Rights You May Request

Learning whether your data is being processed, requesting information, rectification, erasure/destruction, learning the third parties to whom the data has been transferred, objecting to automated analyses, and requesting the redress of damages.

4. Response Time

Your application will be concluded as soon as possible and within no later than 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. If the process additionally entails a cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Board (KVKK Authority).
