This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for the purpose of informing the Buyer prior to order confirmation.

2. Product/Service and Price

The essential characteristics of the ordered product/service, the sale price including all taxes, the shipping/delivery charge and, if any, additional costs are shown on the order page. Prices are valid at the time of the order.

3. Payment, Delivery and Performance

Payment methods are presented at the time of the order. Delivery is made to the address notified by the Buyer within no later than 30 days.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right of withdrawal without justification within 14 days from delivery. It is sufficient for the withdrawal notice to be communicated to the seller.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the cases listed in Article 15 of the Regulation, such as products prepared to personal specifications, products that are liable to deteriorate rapidly, products whose return is not suitable in terms of health/hygiene once their packaging has been opened, as well as services performed instantly by electronic means and digital content.

6. Complaints and Objections

You may submit your applications to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or to the Consumer Courts, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.
