Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement is entered into between ASON Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi and the user who becomes a member of the https://asonteknoloji.com website.

1. Membership

Membership is completed by filling out the registration form and approving this Agreement together with the Privacy Notice. The Member undertakes that the information provided is accurate and up to date.

2. Account Security

The Member is responsible for the confidentiality of their account information and for the transactions carried out through their account. In the event of unauthorized use, the Company shall be notified immediately.

3. Obligations of the Parties

The Member agrees to use the service in compliance with the law. The Company is obliged to provide the service and to protect personal data within the scope of the relevant policies.

4. Termination

The Member may terminate their membership at any time. In the event of a breach of the terms, the Company may suspend or terminate the membership.

5. Personal Data and Communication Permissions

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice. The sending of commercial electronic messages is subject to separate explicit consent/approval to be given.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Turkish law; in disputes, the Manisa Courts and the competent authorities under consumer legislation shall have jurisdiction.
