Frequently asked questions

What happens after I send the form?

Your request is sorted by subject: the electrical, electronics and software sides each have their own team, and your message goes straight to the relevant one. The person who replies is the person who knows the subject — there is no call-centre layer in between. If the request needs a site visit, a measurement or a look at your existing system, we say so in that first reply.

What do you need from me for a quotation?

If you have a project file, a specification or a bill of materials, that is the best place to start. If you do not, that is fine too: tell us what you want to do and we work out the scope together. Once the scope is clear the quotation is written line by line, and what is excluded is written down as plainly as what is included. If the scope changes the quotation is revised, and every revision keeps its own document.

Do you provide remote support?

Yes. Much of the software, server and panel automation work is resolved remotely; the connection is opened with your approval and closes when you close it. Work that needs physical intervention — cabling, changes inside a panel, device installation and on-site measurement — is done in person. We tell you which one applies from the start; we do not charge travel for something that can be solved remotely.

How does invoicing work?

The invoice is issued against the company details you provide, and whether it is to an individual or a company is settled at the quotation stage. On project work, invoicing follows the stages written in the quotation. Continuing services such as maintenance, hosting and licensing are invoiced per period, and what will be invoiced is known before the period begins — no line item appears as a surprise.
